We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
In the event that you receive the wrong item, please obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by emailing Returns@UntouchableSoundsTM.com also please describe the reason why you are returning the item. Replacements will only be sent once the incorrect item has been received and confirmed by Untouchable Sounds. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges. There are no refunds exchange/upgrades for the equal or less amount (excluding taxes and shipping) ONLY.
* All returns: All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please fill out the RMA form and email it to us and print the reply email you receive from the returns department.
* Restocking Fees: Upon approval by Untouchable Sounds, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
* Refunds: Upon approval by Untouchable Sounds, refunds will be issued in the same manner that they were paid, less restocking fees and shipping fees and transaction fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
* All returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and not opened and in new condition.
* Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. Note: Separate RMA numbers must be obtained for multiple orders.
* In the event of an error, the customer is responsible for all freight/shipping/transaction charges incurred with the return or exchange.
* In the event of an error, please call Untouchable Sounds customer service department at 855-559-4477 to speak with a representative. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original, undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-packaging fees. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customer's expense.
Any refused shipment sent back to Untouchable Sounds does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers responsibility to make all arrangements with Untouchable Sounds for refused shipments. Untouchable Sounds will charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee on all products shipped.
